I want to welcome ABC6 Providence viewers to my blog. Thanks for stopping by! I had a great time interviewing with Erica today and I’m really excited to share Frugal RI Mama with people in Rhode Island.

This blog is about saving money on things you buy everyday. Each Sunday I search through the ads for CVS, Walgreen’s and Rite Aid and match up the best deals with coupons to show you how you can get things for free, almost free or sometimes even make money on products. With the way the economy is, we need to find ways to cut corners and using coupons is the easiest way to do it. But remember, a coupon is used BEST when paired up with a SALE.

I also match up the sales and coupons to Stop & Shop and Shaw’s as well and they are usually posted either on Thursday or Friday.

If you look above you’ll see tabs that will help you navigate the site much easier. I talk about a lot of different ways to help you save money, not just in stores but online too. Here are some of the highlights of my blog:

Becoming Frugal - Some basics to be on your way to a more frugal lifestyle.
Printable Coupons – You don’t even have to leave the house to get some of the best coupons, you can print them at home, 2 per computer in either black & white or color. You can even use scrap paper! Last week Kraft releasaed some awesome printable coupons and you don’t see these very often so go HERE to get the list and print them out before they are gone. They won’t last much longer!!
Freebies – I love Free Samples, mostly because they almost always come with a good value coupon. In this section you will find some of the latest Free Samples I’ve found.
Surveys – If you are looking to earn some extra cash you can take surveys from companies that really want your opinion! Check out this section for my review on survey companies I’ve worked for along with some proofs of payment. I keep a running list of what I’ve made with each survey company in the middle sidebar.
Earn Online – There are so many opportunities to make some extra cash online, just just with surveys. This section will show you different ways I’ve found that really work. I’m constantly adding to this so check back often.
Giveaways – I love hosting giveaways!! You can check here to see all current and past giveaways. I also list the giveaways in the sidebar for a quick glance. They are all free to enter, you just need to leave a comment.
Current Week’s Deals – This section will show you the store sales and match ups of some of the best deals of the week along with anything special I want to point out to my readers for the week.
