Groceries:
We shopped at Stop & Shop and Walmart this week. I haven’t been to Walmart in a while and the last time I was there they were changing things around. Well they are all done and there’s even a new sign on the building. They switched around all of the departments and made some aisles much wider, which I liked. But as I walked through there I couldn’t help but notice that it seemed to look more like a Target, than a Walmart. Is Walmart trying to look like them?? I thought it was pretty interesting. I do like the new layout, I think the store looks much better. Another thing I noticed was some of their prices seemed lower. Maybe it’ is just because I haven’t been there in a while but I do think they’ve lowered a lot of their prices. By the way, I’m talking about the Walmart in Westerly, RI, just in case your wondering.
Stop & Shop: I didn’t have too many coupons for what we needed but most of it was on sale.
Here is what I got:
Here is what I used my 4 dollar doubler coupons on:

Just those 4 products with being on sale, having a coupon and using the dollar doubler (doubles a $1.00 coupon) I paid $2.04 for 2 bottles of creamer, 2 packages of shredded cheese and 1 package of yogurt. Had I paid full price for these items it would of cost me $14.55!!! This is what happens when you shop for sale items and use coupons! SWEET!!

I did NOT shop at any drug stores this week. I had one sick child so we didn’t venture off to too many places. However I did go to Target to pick up a few things for Christmas. I can’t say what they were because I have friends and family that read my blog but I can tell you how much I spent and saved. It was really good!!!
